Now that I?m out of the woods with a newborn, I?m up for running a casual tournament this summer. Which one would be more popular with club members?
Choice 1) Japan Open in Pocatello. 150 class discs only, at Bengal Ridge. Two rounds of 18 holes. Optional Sake Division (BYOB, one sake shot per hole) with confirmed designated driver. Maybe an after tournament round of putter-dodge-ball for all the ninjas.
Choice 2) One Disc to Rule Them All. One disc? three courses. AM Ross, Noon Sister City, PM Bengal. Last time the Excalibur was ruler, with Roc in second.
Payout for either tournament would be the same?
100% of proceeds paid out to top 3 in each division.
Divisions:
$10? Good (open/good advanced)
$10? No-Good (sucky advanced/intermediate)
optional CTPs & Ace Pots
Cast your votes and I'll get it scheduled with minimal conflict to other summer disc golf activities. |
