On the other hand, SIMS is a challenge to see who the better player is, not who has better attendance.

Noah - I like your response - it's a disc golf competition, not a competition to see who can make it to all the tourneys.

I think the bag tag is meant to take the place of the year-end Ross Park league standings, not the SIMS standings.

I've enjoyed the inaugural year of the bag tags. When, exactly, is the bag tag season officially over? And, can anyone update the tags after the tournament so I can know who I can challenge to try to move up the ladder? I still have #21.

Blake sorry your not liking how the bag tags are going but how about you get more involed in helping out with running stuff rather than showing up and complaining then going home and complaining on the forum?

Eric I will get the bag tag stuff updated by saturday night sorry its taking me so long.

Just curious why didn't this question about playing all six tournaments come up earler rather than after you are in second place?

Oh and I dont want to get more involved because there are few people in the club I even like. Adam, Mark, Brandon, Matt, just to name the few... but not you for sure Mooch.

Just off of curiosity how was it ran last year what is the difference? how would the scores look compared from last year?

I think that Noah put it best, this is a disc golf competition, not an attendance competition. It is to see who is the better player while giving leniency for a bad day. The benefit of making it to more tournaments... more opportunities to have a better score! It's purpose is not to punish those who can't make it because their best friend almost literally forced them to go to their wedding(sorry mooch), or those who had a wedding(sorry me).

Weather or not it was the wedding itself or the bachelor party, it's all part of the whole gig. You'll learn that later. But thats not the subject at hand. If you aren't happy with the way things are running be productive and bring a solution with your complain.

I dont want to step on any toes,but i am SIC!!!I think your REWARD for making all 6 events is you get to drop the worst 2 scores!!!!If you only make it to 4 you cant drop anything!Sounds pretty fair to me!!

Mooch the reason i brought it up was curiosity and because i waiting for the whole thing to work itself out. ME being in 2nd place was just coinicidence. i would rather be in 2nd place anyway. i choke under pressure anyway. ASK Blake and Kasey Kremmer they played soccer with me. So how about this whole thing just stop. As for asicguy who are you?

Adam - I don't think your question was out of line at all. I don't have a problem with a scenario like I suggested that awards a few points to those that are able to make it to all the SIMS events.

And by the way, more power to you! I honestly wish I could make it to all the SIMS tourneys and a few more. Heck, I still haven't played Walcott, Freeman or Soda Springs ever!
