|
|
| I was wondering if the club or anyone has entertained the idea of running an Ace Race. I know that Ausitn ran one a few years ago and that the club has done it in the past. I'm not exactly a disc craft advocate, but i know these are fun events. Just wondering... |

| No. The club has run 9 events this year. Anyone is welcome to step up and do it though. |

Well, if there are no aces this weekend, does the ace pot roll in to an ace race at a later date?
Also, are there any requirements for the ace race? Do entrants have to have participated in a minimum number of SIMS events to enter?

| At the Mink Creek Monthly, we decided that if there were no ace this weekend, the money would be donated to the club's new course fund, since the club has to pay for everything and the city won't help out at all. |

I'd be willing to help run an ace race next year. Where have they been done before in Poky - B's at Bengal? Ross? Throwing 2 rounds of 18 at Bengal means you see each basket twice. Two rounds of 18 at Ross, with no alts, means you see each basket four times.
I'm also curious to see how Casey's 18 at Bengal/18 at Ross tourney goes.

| I'd be willing to help. Next year would be easier with more time to prepare, and free time right now is quickly dissappearing. But I would do what I can either way. |
