This is for anyone who has experience in running a tournament, sanctioned or otherwise. I am curious how the payouts within each division are broken down. Is there a standard that is used, is it just made up, or does PDGA have anything posted in regard to payout? The reason I ask is because I may try to organize and run a tournament at Corbin Park DGC in Post Falls, ID, this summer and am clueless. I don't think I want to take the officials test yet to try to sanction this, I just want to run something small but fun at a course in North Idaho that is often neglected and get a feel for how a tourney needs to be run. Comments regarding recommendations or modifications to payouts from anyone would be nice to hear.

Also, if you are in Post Falls, ID, on Thurs. evenings and want to play, find Corbin Park (or holler at me for directions). I will be running a weekly league there at 6p, it will be similar in layout to what Brandon ran at Bengal last year. I also hope to wake up the North Idaho DIsc Golf Association.
