I haven't seen one of these threads for a while....what do you guys carry? I am in the process of thinning my bag out. I am trying to carry around six or seven different molds. I think it will help my consistency a little bit. Right now, this is how my bag looks:
Putters: 175 Pro Rhyno- This disc is money for putting in the wind.
175 KC Pro Aviar- A good disc for midrange shots or short drives.
175 DX Aviar- My first disc, it doesn't get used anymore, but I still have it.
Midranges: 179 Glow Roc- I loved this disc at first, but it wore out too quickly. Hit my first/only ace with it on, don't laugh, hole 1 at Blackfoot.
179 DX Wolf- Good for rollers or anhyzer midrange shots.
178 Z Buzzz- My favorite disc. Straight and true. Good for straight drives
Drivers are what I am trying to thin out. I have:
170 Star Wraith- My favorite driver, it works well for anything
163 Star Teebird-L- Straightest driver I have. It works really well for Ross, where I have to worry about accuracy more than distance.
167 Z Avenger- A little overlap with the Wraith, little more stable.
175 DX/Icebowl Valkyrie- Very good disc for turnovers or hyzerflips, for height.
171 Star TeeRex- I only use it when it is too windy for my Wraith.
175 Champion Starfire- Don't use it, does the same thing as my Monster, for me at least.
175 Star Monster- I love it, my best wind disc.
167 Millenium EXP1- Only use it for the occasional thumber/tomahawk.
174 Pro Valkyrie- Don't use it, except for a roller every once in a while.
169 QJLS- Doesn't get used.
168 DX Wraith- I just got it, but I think it might replace my Valks. Understable, good for my weak forehand.
Sorry if the post is too long, I'm just bored. |

Depends on the course
When I play ross I have 3 rocs
2003 roc
2004 roc
and a 2001 Snake River Series Stamp DX roc
Each one varies in stability
I will carry an orc 171g and a teebird and a firebird
I have two star putters
_____________________________
On Bengal
same thing but I add a wraith and a super light dx valkarie for hole 10 anhyzer shot.
____________________________
I sometimes will carry an old super roc for anhyzer approaches, but I am primarily using one of my star aviars for approaching, so it may go away.
________________________________
For walcott I will add a star valkyrie light weight 160's for possible rollers
___________________________________
I am also in the process of weeding out my star plastic, I have two star orc's that are unpredictable now. I am going to purchase some champion orc which are what I used to throw. I also think I am going to get rid of my star wraith and get a candy one, but they are a little pricy. _________________ See you on the course!

167 TL- straight, easy, true
169 DX roc- general approach
150 dragon- it floats!

old beat up 170 aviar from 2002 snake river series (will have it forever)
170 roc 2002 snake river series (good disc for a roc )
175 ace race disc 2006 (i use it for #1 at ross park)
175 kc champion firebird (i would be screwed without this disc)
169 x2 very old rarely throw (sentimental value one of my first)
170 champion orc (this disc has done wonders for me at bengal ridge)
169 star teerex (just got it month or two ago. love it so far)
red plastic innova mini
all in my little green bag that has millions of beer caps in it and smells
what else could i possibly need? |

Here's what I got:
Drivers:
170 STAR Wraith
175 STAR Wraith (used with stronger winds)
175 Champ. Monster (big hyzer forehand or spike hyzer BH) for distance and glide I hate this disc and am thinking about a TeeRex or a Max (though doubtful on the Max)
175 STAR SL long and straight (hence the name I guess) or gentle turnovers
175 Champ. Sidewinder (big turnovers or days when I can't seem to throw straight)
173 Super Color Spectra (understable, I hate the lip on this disc, it's slowly working its way out of the bag)
171 STAR TeeBird
172 BEAT Pro Starfire (hyzer flips, big turnovers)
160 Pro Beast (not sure why I put this back in the back, probably on its way out)
166 Pro Valkyrie (same as for Beast)
147 DX Leopard (HUGE Hyzer Flips, I really love this disc at times)
Mid-Range
171 well-worn DX Roc (ace disc)
177 well-worn 11x KC Pro Roc (when I need a little more overstable than DX)
~175 Limited Edition Crystal Z Buzzz Garden City Flyers club disc from last year, for straight to slightly overstable shots, can turn over if needed
Heavy First Run X plastic MRV (stable to understable midrange)
Putters
~175 Champ. Rhyno (head wind putts or overstable approaches)
Worn 172 STAR Aviar (<300ft. drives, approach shots, jump putts)
New 170 STAR Aviar (primary putter for makeable putts, inside 10m, otherwise I use the worn one)
168 STAR Aviar (just an extra) |

| My Teerex isn't very overstable, I was somewhat disappointed with it at first. Hence the monster. |

I totally read that wrong, Lance! I thought you were saying your wife was in your bag!! That's funny! Here is a list of my bag. It is all Innova, except for my Millenium Omega Putters (which Innova bought a couple years ago).
I have a Revolution Dual Pack bag, with....
a million scorecards, a couple baseballs for knocking discs out of trees, a couple of towels, a rulebook, and...
2 Millenium Omega Putters (179g and 180g)
Innova KC Pro Banshee (with an authentic drawing of a guy on the toilet, courtesy of Danny Gneiting).
Champion Valkyrie (167g)
DX Classic Roc
2004 Glow CE Roc (most awesomest disc ever!)
Bright Pink Star TeeRex
Star Firebird (167g)
Champion Firebird (168g)
Star Max (recently bought, is very overstable.....for now. You never know with Star Plastic)
Champion Orc
Champion Starfire
Pro Line Starfire
CE Fundraiser Wraith (another most awesomest disc)
I can't remember anything else and I don't have my bag on me, so if I missed something, its not worth mentioning. |

How do you like the Revolution bag, Mook? I know that I don't NEED another bag, but they look so amazing and nice . I might have to pick one up, which means that I'll have to get a job to pay for one, which means I need to get my car fixed . Oh well, I gotta do what I gotta do. |

| the Revolution bags are so well built! I am convinced that if the last two weren't run over by a car (Caleb!!), I would still be using the one I bought 7 years ago. The only part of the bag that isn't that durable is the frame inside. Mine broke the first day. |
