Hello sorry for the late info on this tournament.
Here are the facts about the tourney.
WHAT: two tournament rounds of 18 holes in the dark

WHEN: Saturday 19, 2010 (registration from 6-7pm)

WHERE: Upper Ross Park, Pocatello Idaho

DIVISIONS:

Open----$30
Advanced$25
Intermediate$20
Womens-----$20
Juniors-------$10

SCHEDULE:

registration(6-7pm)
players meeting(7-7:15)
first round(7:15-9:30)
break(9:30-10)
players meeting(10-10:15)
second round(10:15-12)
awards ceremony(12)

EXTRAS:
This is a night tournament so make sure you have a night disc or glow disc. I will be giving out wrist band glow sticks for every entry so if you dont have a night disc you will be covered. This is not a sanctioned tournament this is a fun tournament. Each round we will be playing each hole twice for a total of 18 each round. First round A placements, second round B placements. Come with a good attitude, a smile on your face, and see if you can survive the HOT SUMMER NIGHTS TOURNAMENT.

Not sure if you have already done this, but you need to make sure you reserve the park and let the city know that we will be in the park after 10:00 at night.

you actually should get a variance from the city to be in the park after hours. I always did one for halloween, it takes 3 weeks.

I doubt there will be enforcement but technically you can't be in the park after dark.

Why not have the club meeting before the tourney on Saturday? We could meet at 5:00 or 5:30 and get some stuff done, then play the night tourney.

I will be out of town and i have somethings that i need to talk about with the club so if we could please not have the meeting on the 19th from the looks of it the meeting will be on the 26 I just need to verifie a few things before I can make it final
