Registration is open for the Magic Valley Shoot-Out in Twin Falls on May 15-16. This is going to be a B-tier event.

I am driving over Friday, 5/14, sometime in the afternoon. I have a KOA cabin about 10 minutes from the course with four extra beds. If you're interested, email me.

This was a great event last year, and it was only a C-tier. This year, Stevo has something like $7000 raised in sponsorship, so it will likely be even better this year.

I would encourage everyone that is free to get out there. every player pack will be worth more than your entry fee.

The CSI course is really nice and rock creek is interesting.

I plan to be out of town, but if for some reason my river trip falls through I will be there.

Here's the details on the lodging offer:

I have a two room cabin. One room is for Missy and I. The other room has two bunkbeds, making four available beds. The reservation wil be for Friday and Saturday night. Reservations will be $15 for the whole stay.

You'll need a sleeping bag or something, as the beds are bare matresses. You're on your own for food.

The campground has warm showers, a pool, a game room, and a little convenience store.

Austin, my first lady says I can go by myself. Anyway, if not already taken I will take one of those beds. Not sure if I am driving on my own or not, but definitely I plan on playing CSI Friday afternoon and doubles at Rock Creek on Friday night.

Brother of mine. Steve-O e-mailed me and let me know that they are over capacity and one course so they plan on filling both. There are 180 spots and about 125 taken.

My Tommy is not as accurate and as far as last year.

So, I have Cowan confirmed for the reservation and riding over with me on Friday. I also have Mook needing a bed. That's two out of four. Brad, if you want a bed, you'd better confirm soon, they're going fast.

Casey K: play whever you feel like. It is a B tier so there is no pressure to play up. I think if you have a good day or two you could cash in advanced easily, maybe low cash in open. If you have a bad day or two you could miss intermediate cash.

Probaly not open, most likely advanced, but if you feel like your gae is hurting you are probably rater intermediate (I'm rated rec)

Casey,

I think you should stick with Advanced. You've got enough consistent game to wipe the floor with the Intermediate Division.

If it sways your decision at all, it sounds like Advanced will play two rounds at Rock Creek and one round at CSI. Intermediate will be opposite.
