I can come to Lowe's and help get started. Then when my wife is done I will be back. I will bring hoses, shovels, I'm not sure if my wheelbarrow will fit in the cars that I have now.
I just saw the forecast looks like a high of 68 for Sat. Come on guys we need more people even if is for an hour or two.
If you build it, you will play it!

I am going to try to be there for a few hours in the afternoon. I'll probably get there around 1:30 ish.
I have a wheel barrow I can lend.

| I'll be at Lowes at 7 and will try and be there most of the day. Also will have shovels, post hole digger, hoses and 4wheeler if I can get it up there. No trailer and truck bed will have bags of cement in it. |

We could also use some 4-5ft breaker bars for the rocky holes. If you have one please bring it. Probably wheel barrows are one of the bigger limiting factors too. If you can't get it there call someone with a truck (or me) and we'll get it tonight.
I stopped by today and they have shut off the water. I asked a neighbor and he let me use his spout. please bring a bunch of hose and I'll ask to run it all day.
Also if anyone has one or two skinny trenching shovels that would be ideal.
the front 9 should go in super fast, the back 9 is going to be quite a bit of work. be prepared to dig through rocks. lots of rocks. _________________ Look at the size of that pill, I can't swallow that.
Good news everybody! it's a suppository. |

I just wanted to close this thread off with a ginormogantuan thanls to all who came up to help install Sister City. Let's put into perspective, what we got done:
55 holes dug
37 pin placements installed
18 tee posts installed
18 baskets assembled and installed
4500 lbs of concrete mixed and poured (by hand)
This is a huge feat for any team of people, so, once again, thank you to all who helped. I'm looking forward to the days of golf ahead. _________________ God is happiest when His children are at play, so PLAY. |
