I have never tried R-pro plastic, but regular pro plastic is dyeable, just a little tricky on the color. Often a black dye will come out with a dark green effect on pro plastic. May be different on R Pro.

The pic should be easy, let me know and we will get it done.

It would work really well on a white or clear disc. The problem with the red disc is that the white parts become impossible to duplicate. I could do the red or the white parts a gray color and let the red fill in the rest. It would still look cool, but wouldn't exactly match the pic.
