Despite the fact that no on ein the club is likely a culprit it is time for a rant:
I cleaned ross park today at 9am. I hauled about 20 lbs of garbage off the teepads. it took two trips with a 10 gallon tote.
At noon the ON guys hauled a grabage bag an got even more stuff. left in the previous 3 hours
then a 9pm I took a third round and got the following: 32 beec cans/bottles numerous other cans and bottles and wrappes and assorted garbage. it was 3 full grocery bags worth.
This is really frustrating. If you see someone abandoning garbage at a hole I suggest the following language: "hey, there's a garbage bin at hole 1, 5 and 9."
I am thinking about a sign remnding everyone that there is no alcohol allowed in the park.
While I personally don't mind seeing people enjoying a beer I don't want to see their container for a month on the ground.
Rant off. _________________ Look at the size of that pill, I can't swallow that.
Good news everybody! it's a suppository. |

| Lance i totally agree, the garbage is getting out of hand. What is the possibility of you using your standing within the city to see if there can't be more cans put up and i am talking about the metal or plastic 70 gallon ones or what bigger. Placing one on holes 6 and 4. I know i get sick of filling my bag with as much garbage as it can hold, which isn't very much considering i don't have a big bag. |
