We have the date set for our Spring Meeting. It will be March 7th. Time and location are still in the works, but I am leaning towards a morning meeting time.

In addition, after the meeting, there will be a disc swap. Bring all of those discs you don't need/want anymore and see about trading them for discs you will need.

Hopefully we can have a full accounting of the finances, shirts, inventory, and possibly a new order on the way.

With that I will end my forum attack. Let me know if there is anything in particular you are interested in knowing for the meeting and we will try and put the information together.

So, preliminary details area as follows:

March 7th

9:30am - Disc Swap starts

10:30 ish - Meeting Starts

Done by noon

I am ironing out the finalizations, but as of now, we are meeting at First Baptist Church at 405 N. Arthur. I'll post some additional details later this week, when I get them.

We will be discussing the upcoming season in detail as well asthe long-awaited Bag Tag Challenge. We will also be discussing movement on the Sister City front. Please plan to attend if you care even the slightest about the club and this year's events.

Don't forget, we will be having a disc swap before the meeting for any interested. Again, I will post more details later this week as I figure them out.

Also, if the weather's nice, we may try to head up to Ross for a skins or doubles after the meeting.

All those preliminary details are now finalized details. First Baptist will be letting us use the building for that time.

Plan on coming to trade, buy, or sell discs starting at about 9:30am. Even if you have no discs you want to trade, bring some cash and pick up a few experienced, inexpensive discs. I'll have a couple dozen there to barter. Also, we will have the club stash there if anyone needs to pick some stuff up.

I will be in Boise that day(Bro's birthday). Any way I would be able to pay for and pick up my membership pack around that time?

Folks can pay membership dues at any event or meeting.

So, Blake, if you can't make this meeting, you can pay at the Ross Park Monthly if you'd like.

Additional information:

We may have shirt prototypes at the meeting so you can see the shirts before you buy them. We will be doing pre-payed orders for shirts. You pay us, we'll order the size you'd like. More details to come in the next day or two.

If you're getting shirts made you may want to get my original file. It's a vector so it's higher quality and probably what the printer needs.

Unfortunately, I don't think I can make it to the meeting to deliver such witty remarks. I don't think I can handle my 1-year old and my 3-year old while trying to remain focused.

There's a summer meeting also, correct?

Once again, just trying to keep this post alive. Here's some $ info for you all to consider:

Annual dues will be $20 (bag tag, log-in renewal, club price on merchandise)

T-shirts will be available for pre-order for $10 per

Club prices have been raised, so if you need stuff, expect to pay about $3 more per disc.
