Boise Ice Bowl

Attention All Treasure Valley & Beyond Disc Golfers! The Gem State Disc Golfers are having their annual food drive and fund raiser to benefit the Idaho Foodbank on January 30th 2010 at Ann Morrison DGC (winter side). Registration runs from 9:00am to 10:00am and everyone is invited and encouraged to participate. The "No Wimps, No Whiners" Ice Bowl is an annual event held across the country to help fight hunger in their respective communities. There will be one competitive round starting 10:30am, cost is $25 for all players and there are 50 very cool player packs (packs are about a $20 value) and are available for event players only - first come, first served. This is a Winter Series event so points will be added to your overall standings. An Ice Bowl stamped Mini will be given to all that donate canned food items. Raffle tickets are available to anyone at a cost of $2 each, this is your chance to win some really cool stuff and also help our local food bank with a cash donation. Extra Prizes will be given for players with the most birdies, etc. And to warm you up after your round…… BBob's Screaming Steaming Chili REMEMBER!
